Unrestricted CSL Continuing Education Requirements
The State of Massachusetts requires 12 hours of board-approved Continuing Education per two-year license cycle.
The 12 hours of Continuing Education must include:
- (4) hours of Code Review
- (1) hour of Workplace Safety
- (1) hour of Business Practices / Workers Comp
- (1) hour of Energy Efficiency
- (1) hour of Lead Safe Practices
- (4) hours of board-approved General Electives
A maximum of (6) hours may be completed on-line; the remaining (6) hours must be earned through classroom training. All classes approved & accredited by the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS approval CD-0079, CD-0124).
